Bailey Johns Malley
Stylist
Bailey started her hairstyling journey right here at Evolution Salon, where she completed her apprenticeship and discovered her passion for creative color and extensions. Since then, she’s gained experience at several salons, opened her own space on Whyte Ave, and built a reputation for her expertise in blonding and weft extensions. After a few years of growth and new experiences, Bailey is thrilled to be back where it all began, at Evolution, bringing everything she’s learned along the way and a fresh perspective to every client who sits in her chair.

Michelle THIESEN

Michelle has been at our Salon now for almost 6 years, with 25+ years experience she enjoys lots of conversations and much laughter, if you too enjoy that then Michelle is a good fit for you. A fun fact about Michelle, she is a Reiki/ Master Teacher who loves all things mystical and magical. She enjoys every opportunity to meet new people and to learn about her clients. With that being said Michelle is accepting new clients at this time.

I've been a stylist for 15 years and loving every minute of it!! I'm educated in Schwarzkopf for the last 10 years. I love being creative and making my clients feel amazing. Educating my clients on hair care is very important in keeping their hair beautiful. Being able to make clients happy and smiling is the best part of this career. I absolutely love my job!!

My name is Connie and I am a Redken colorist and have been using Redken for most of my career. Making a client look and feel their best and maybe even bring a joyful tear to the eye, is what makes this job so rewarding. Always accepting new clients.

Hey, I’m Ashley! I’m a Red Seal hairstylist with a love for all things color, blonding, and bridal hair & makeup. I’ve been behind the chair for about four years and I’m all about helping people feel confident and beautiful.When I’m not in the salon, I’m probably at a rodeo, I spend most of my summer on the rodeo trail competing in professional breakaway roping. I’m currently accepting new clients.
